Responsibilities
- Research and analyze client questionnaires for insights
- Conduct customer and brand research, social listening, and competitor analysis
- Write conversion-focused ads, ad briefs, shot scripts, and shot lists
- Collaborate with designers to ensure creative excellence
- Outline testing variables and execute creative based on insights
- Analyze ad performance data and integrate findings into strategies
- Report on findings, trends, and performance to Account Managers
Requirements
- Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram; TikTok is a plus
- Interest in performance advertising
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Experience with remote teams is a plus
- Passion for learning
- Bonus: Experience with Motion, Foreplay, ClickUp, Slack
