Responsibilities:

• Drive the CEO’s financial planning.
• Represent the CEO with third parties and government agencies.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Supervise billing, payroll, month-end, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and other relevant financial processes.
• Supervise bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement areas.
• Keep the company in compliance with applicable local financial and tax regulations.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Manage company liquidity, identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate the CEO’s cash flow.
• Supervise and manage the finance team.
• Train and mentor department staff on policies and procedures to establish a strong foundation for client development and service activities.
• Oversee financial budgeting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial roles.
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Knowledge of forecasting methods.
• Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of global citizen lifestyle.
• Entrepreneurial problem-solving approach.
• High level of personal integrity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• BSc/BA in Business Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a huge plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
