Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the use and dissemination of Digital Document Management (GED) technologies, covering various media such as paper, microfilm, sound, images, and digital files.
- Update and guide projects involving the storage, consultation, manipulation, and updating of digital documents in the CAIXA system.
- Understand digitization processes, including storage, consultation, manipulation, updating, and retention periods.
- Participate in creating the process for document capture and digitization, suggesting improvements.
- Know and apply regulations related to document archiving and retention periods.
- Assist in defining document storage timelines and apply technical knowledge.
- Understand image standards (size, color, dpi, etc.) and participate in defining document types.
- Contribute to defining document management hierarchies and indexing standards.
- Participate in feasibility studies for technology usage and know storage repositories.
- Define routines for managing storage and document disposal.
- Apply knowledge of OKR and OCR technologies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Information Technology or any higher education degree with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
- Availability for hybrid work in RJ, SP, or DF.
