Physician – Clinical Moderator and Clinical Escalation Full Time

Responsibilities

• Moderate Clinical Slack Channels
• Respond to questions within 30 minutes
• Identify trends and insights to share with team
• Review patient cases, critical lab escalations, and inbox management
• Answer concerns via phone and perform time-sensitive patient visits
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on care quality
• Inform Medical Director of clinical concerns and safety events
• Ensure team support for optimal patient care
• Maintain expertise in Midi/IWC clinical protocols and operations
• Identify quality and safety improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Board Certified MD or DO with Women’s Health Specialty or 5 years perimenopause/menopause experience
• Active, unrestricted license in multiple states; ability to obtain licenses in all 50 states
• At least 2 years of telehealth experience
• At least 5 years of direct patient care in the last 5 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and compassion
• Highly proficient with technology
• Proven talent for achieving consistency across clinical teams
