The Physician Services Reconciliation Representative at Conifer Physician Services handles account reconciliation remotely. Conifer, part of Tenet and Catholic Health Initiatives, leverages 30 years of expertise to enhance healthcare financial and clinical performance nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Research and clear facility Unidentified Accounts.
- Complete Cash and Related Reconciliations according to established guidelines; forward to facility accounting / scan into VIWeb.
- Research and resolve reconciliation variances; review Unmatched EFT Report.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Tenet systems a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Well organized and attentive to detail.
- Very strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data entry and 10-key by touch.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of account reconciliation and variance resolution experience.
- Must be able to work in sitting position, use computer and answer telephone.
- Conifer requires its candidates, as applicable and as permitted by law, to obtain and provide confirmation of all required vaccinations and screenings prior to the start of employment.
