Platform Implementation Engineer (US) Full Time

• The Platform Implementation Engineer is responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless SaaS application implementation, as well as continuous improvement of the implementation process.
• The role involves providing technical advice and guidance, installing and configuring technical solutions, and liaising closely with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and seamless SaaS application implementation for clients.
• Continuously improve the implementation process.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Work autonomously to install and configure a range of technical solutions.
• Liaise closely with Delivery, Project teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Work directly with customers to ensure successful implementation and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Technical Essential:

• Relational Database Experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL – advanced data analysis, manipulation, and managing schemas/tables, stored procedures, triggers, and functions).
• Basic Windows Server administration experience, including using RDP to connect to servers, transfer files, and monitor performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Technical Skills Highly Desirable:

• Experience with Alteryx Designer.
• Experience working with Azure/AWS PaaS/SaaS services, specifically API Gateway.
• Experience with Single Sign-On integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software such as MapInfo Professional, ESRI ArcGIS, or QGIS.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite: Jira, Confluence, Tempo, etc.
