HyperionDev is one of the largest providers of accelerated tech education in EMEA and a leading provider of coding bootcamps globally. They are looking for a Platform Product Manager to lead and manage the development of digital products that are central to their mission and user experience. The role involves guiding product evolution from conception to launch, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
Identify new enhancement opportunities, define business and technical requirements, and partner with software engineering teams to develop, test, and execute plans.
Lead design and development efforts by conveying a vision to the team, outlining requirements in a product backlog, and prioritize it based on business value.
Dive deep into the data, becoming a subject matter authority in key performance indicators.
Develop a solid understanding of the team’s existing technical implementations and operational processes, and use that knowledge combined with data-driven insights to create informed requirements for new customer-facing features, product enhancements, and improvements.
Establish strong working relationships with engineering teams, designers, and business partners across the company.
Plan and implement data-gathering activities to ensure the product is meeting customer and business needs.
Be able to handle complex, sensitive, and fast-changing assignments.
Investigate, test, and deliver new technical solutions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor product manager, with a proven track record of delivering value and viable solutions.
Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and constructive relationships at all levels.
A strong technical background, preferably with hands-on coding experience (Python/Java) as well as deep experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
Solid understanding of the technical architecture of platforms, the role of API integrations, and the utilisation of SaaS tools within a company.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and coordination skills.
The ability to clearly communicate requirements, balance risk, and hold stakeholders accountable to delivery deadlines.
University degree preferred.
Previous startup and EdTech experience is a plus, especially with a focus on developer education.
Experience with LLM or Generative AI.
Previous experience with Video Game Technology.
