Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of one or multiple brands in the portfolio and become familiar with the brand strategy, vision, and direction.
• Become an integral part of the larger Engagement & Experience (E&E) team and align with other Engagement Producers.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the Player Experience Coordinators.
• Develop and implement comprehensive player engagement strategies to enhance conversion, player retention, and lifetime value.
• Develop and manage gamification initiatives like missions, challenges, and leaderboards to boost player engagement.
• Design and implement loyalty and rewards programs that incentivize community engagement, frequent play, and higher deposits/wagering.
• Align with the analysis team to identify key player segments and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
• Set up and optimize real-time, triggered, and automated communication workflows to engage players at all stages of their journey.
• Leverage data analytics tools to personalize messages and offers, ensuring relevance and timeliness for each player.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Oversee play-to-earn programs and custom shops that provide players with tangible rewards.
• Leverage the power of the cryptocurrency market and create campaigns and strategies uniting crypto with online casinos.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to player engagement such as session time, play frequency, mission completion rates, average deposit value, and NGR.
• Drive market and competitor analyses to continuously adapt, innovate, and iterate on gamification trends.
• Work closely with acquisition, campaign management, social, community, brand, monetization, BI, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with casino and sportsbook managers to drive cross-sell opportunities and enhance the overall player experience.
• Adopt a creativity-first approach and continuously adapt based on learnings from failure.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful player engagement strategies within the online casino or gaming industry.
• Significant experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing real-time, triggered, and automated communication workflows.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics to track and interpret KPIs.
• Experience working collaboratively with acquisition, brand, BI, monetization, product, and tech teams.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools to design, implement, and optimize communication workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze player data using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems, understanding player segmentation and tracking interactions.
• Expertise in utilizing gamification platforms to design engaging missions, challenges, and loyalty programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize player engagement.
• Creativity to develop innovative gamification and loyalty programs that enhance player experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes and overcoming challenges.
