Summary:
- Riverflex is looking for an experienced Consultant to join their internal consulting team in supporting a high-profile project for a client in the printing industry.
- This role focuses on driving PMO, change management, and communications activities during the final stages of a ServiceNow rollout and customer service improvement initiative across Europe.
- The consultant will work closely with the Riverflex team to execute the project’s objectives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, seamless communication, and the delivery of impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- PMO Support: Assist with project updates, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth delivery across all EU regions.
- Change Management: Drive stakeholder engagement and manage change initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Communications: Develop and deliver engaging materials for end-users, including training guides and announcements.
- Business Impact Assessments: Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to address them.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Riverflex team to align on objectives, ensuring consistent communication and support for the client’s project rollout.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4–9 years in consulting, with a focus on change management, project management, or communications.
- Skills: Strong PMO capabilities, stakeholder engagement expertise, and the ability to create impactful communication materials.
- Regional Exposure: Demonstrated experience working across multiple countries, preferably in Europe.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, or ServiceNow solutions is a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
