Responsibilities
- Research podcast ideas and vet with podcast Steering Committee
- Conduct competitor research and shape podcast strategy
- Recruit hosts/guests and manage recording/production schedules
- Prepare hosts and presenters for interviews; ensure high-quality setup
- Interview presenters when needed
- Review content recordings; instruct on edits and suggest visuals
- Ensure podcasts meet NASBA requirements with Curriculum team
- Transform audio podcasts into visual CPE courses with assessments
- Coordinate with Marketing and Video Production on podcast materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of podcast production experience
- Accounting background strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong editorial skills for compelling storytelling
- Familiarity with video editing tools and technical communication
