Policy Operations Lead Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute operations functions
• Create a process for developing policy resources
• Manage timelines for regulatory comment letters
• Support executive engagement with policy audiences
• Prepare for high-level meetings, gathering key info
• Assist with budget tracking and spending
• Drive adoption of tools and trackers for visibility
• Manage and maintain Notion workspace for projects
• Organize process documentation and support tools
• Ensure smooth process and event planning

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and focus on execution
• Understanding of procurement, payment, and budgeting
• Interest in working with colleagues globally
• General understanding of the policy field
