Pooling Only – Associate Customer Care Representative (Philippine-based) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries.
• Interact with customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide information in response to routine inquiries.
• Handle and resolve general issues or complaints.
• Enhance customer’s relationship with First Advantage.
• Support is primarily delivered via phone, email, and chat.
• No scripts to follow, requires flexibility.
• Apply strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of common computer configurations.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to isolate causes of problems and find solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly connect with people and express empathy.
• Collaborative team player.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Customer Care and/or background services work experience.
• Average typing speed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
