Summary:
- The company provides customer support for global brands. In this role, you will support Portuguese-speaking customers of a global streaming service, helping them with technical issues and providing account assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Listen carefully and help customers over the phone, email or chat.
- Use a CRM system to manage and track customer issues.
- Make sure every customer is satisfied.
- Share ideas and solutions with your team.

Requirements:
- You are willing to move to Greece (at the company’s expense).
- You speak Portuguese fluently & English (B2).
- You are a natural problem solver and enjoy multitasking.
- You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
