Deliver and support Power Platform services and solutions for clients
Document business requirements, design specifications, delivery plans, and test scripts
Mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate client issues as needed
Work closely with clients to meet delivery and support service-level agreement expectations

3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Teams
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
Adept at requirements elicitation and mapping technical solutions to M365/SharePoint functionality
Customer-focused mindset with ability to develop productive relationships and work across boundaries
Ability to handle multiple work streams and adapt in a dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor; manage deadlines and shifting priorities
Innovative thinker with a desire to learn and adapt to new concepts
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
