Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop press distribution lists.
• Manage press-related contracts and subscriptions.
• Build relationships with journalists through events.
• Identify article opportunities in trade press.
• Respond to information requests from journalists.
• Manage case studies for national media.
• Develop and manage the media centre on the website.
• Report quarterly PR activities to Exco and Board.
• Support regulatory compliance, including consumer duty.
• Assist with internal communications and content.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Understanding of financial services and market position.
• PR background or qualifications preferred.
• Good understanding of current affairs and news cycle.
• Self-starter with a desire to develop.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
