Prácticas Sales Development Representative (remoto) Internship NEW

Summary:

• HelloMrLead is looking for a Sales Development Representative intern to help generate B2B leads, manage campaigns, and optimize CRM processes.
• The role will involve working with clients in a B2B environment to grow their businesses by generating quality leads, presenting services, and scheduling meetings.
• This position includes a first month of non-paid training, followed by paid internships with a fixed salary and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Learn about the sales, marketing, and commercial profiles sectors.
• Identify client needs and communicate the value proposition.
• Make cold and warm calls to prospects to gain experience.
• Manage lead data in a CRM (Pipedrive/Hubspot).
• Create reports, manage data, and analyze it to understand details.
• 50% of time will be spent making calls to prospects.
• 25% of time will be spent managing CRM.
• 25% of time will be spent contacting via email.

Requirements:

• Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
• Interest in the B2B marketing sector.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (like Pipedrive/Hubspot) for managing data is a plus.
• Advanced English, in addition to Spanish, is a plus.
• Must reside in Spain.
• Immediate incorporation is required.
• Must have clear objectives, be organized, and work well with CRM systems.
• Curiosity to learn and improve every day.
• Perseverance and patience, with the ability to turn “no” into motivation for success.
