Summary:
- The Pre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicants interested in this job contacting truck owner-operators, and generating detailed profiles for each individual who answers.
- The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profiles daily and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage leads provided by the company.
- Make outbound calls to truck owner-operators.
- Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles.
- Ensure a minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.
- Attention to detail for accurate profile creation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
