Precast Engineer Project Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage project communications with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and invoicing for projects.
• Assist with project proposals and business development.
• Ensure QA/QC for all project calculations and deliverables.
• Prepare construction bid packages for projects.
• Lead design for transportation/precast projects.
• Coordinate with design teams for detailed plans and drawings.
• Perform technical reviews and resolve design challenges.
• Manage engineering team and ensure milestones are met.
• Mentor team members for skill enhancement.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred).
• 8-15 years of precast engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering License (PE).
• Proficient in MicroStation.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
