Responsibilities
- Influence product roadmap by identifying business impacts and proposing solutions
- Extract insights from customer data to improve experience and efficiency
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into post-migration opportunities and friction areas
- Partner with Engineering and Product Leaders to solve complex support challenges
- Identify and remedy product-specific supportability gaps
- Present data-driven stories to executive leadership
- Build relationships with senior partners and lead projects independently
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a principal data analyst in software or customer support
- In-depth business understanding and data mapping abilities
- Experience with SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication and presentation skills to senior audiences
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmap with data
- Extensive experience working with Product Managers and Software Developers
- Experience influencing senior partners to drive change
