Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise data strategy with VP of Data Engineering.
• Design and oversee data engineering platform architecture.
• Provide guidance for data engineering teams using various tools.
• Create processes for data pipelines, ETL, and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Collaborate on integration and performance of data tools.
• Engage with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Document requirements for new and existing processes.
• Manage data acquisition and security compliance.
• Lead enterprise data solutions and modeling.
• Implement data governance and quality practices.
• Align data architecture with business goals.
• Mentor data engineering teams.
• Collaborate with IT, analysts, and product managers.
• Stay updated with data architecture trends.
• Be available for on-call support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive data architecture and engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Informatica, Apache Airflow, Snowflake, Tableau.
• Skilled in data modeling, data warehousing, governance.
• Experienced in data DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• 10+ years in Data Warehouses and Modeling.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years in cloud methodologies.
• Knowledge of data structures and database tools.
• Experience in creating documentation and scripts.
• Adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
