Principal FP&A, Sales & Marketing Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for Sales and Marketing departments
• Analyze sales performance and develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Evaluate marketing campaigns for ROI and optimize spend
• Lead detailed forecasting and budgeting for Sales and Marketing
• Present financial reports and analysis to executive leadership
• Collaborate with other finance teams for consistency in reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years in FP&A with a focus on Sales and Marketing
• Strong financial modeling and budgeting skills
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, or Hyperion
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
