Description:
- Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for more investment.
- Own the company’s thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs.
- Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions.
- Work closely with engineering to focus our efforts on the most impactful innovations, owning prioritization, unblocking major issues, and landing product milestones.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals.
Requirements:
- 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience.
- Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building.
- Experience in B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS (especially for multi-step workflows).
- Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision.
- (Nice to have) prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows.
- (Nice to have) prior experience in recruiting or HR software.
- (Nice to have) prior experience in AI/ML products.
