Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with sales team to refine sales strategies and tools
- Manage end-to-end process for product launches
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and integrations
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Monitor product performance and implement optimizations
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product development
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management with 4+ years in B2B/fintech
- Deep understanding of payroll, timekeeping, ERP, HRIS systems, and API integrations
- Strong analytics skills and expertise in financial services and regulatory standards
- Ability to balance tactical and strategic decision-making
- Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams
- Committed to addressing customer needs and using feedback
- Agile in adapting to change and navigating dynamic environments
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred
