Principal Renewal Account Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage quarterly and annual renewal portfolio.
• Act as focal point and expert for all renewal activities.
• Build and manage quotes and proposals for complex deals.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using value-based selling.
• Establish value beyond renewal interactions for customers and partners.
• Ensure on-time renewals and minimize cancellations.
• Track communications in Salesforce.com accurately.
• Handle objections and negotiate renewal contracts independently.
• Provide accurate forecasts of renewal pipelines.
• Contribute to team efforts and assist in special projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years renewals sales experience with a software company.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Process-oriented and efficient work style.
• Solid foundational knowledge of IT/software.
• Effective communication with C-Level contacts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
