Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of the node.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of blockchain software development.
- 3+ years of experience in Rust and Substrate.
- Understanding of cryptographic techniques (TSS).
- Experience with Ethereum architecture and smart contracts.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Passion for innovation in cross-chain interoperability.
