Producer (Video Production) Temporary

Responsibilities

• Run projects from briefing to delivery, managing bookings, suppliers, and milestones
• Develop and optimize processes for team improvement
• Manage suppliers globally and locally, fitting briefs
• Own projects, sharing knowledge and resources with teammates
• Organize and coordinate production of live action and motion graphics videos
• Work with Creative Project Managers, Finance, Creative teams, and customers
• Manage customer production budgets and global supplier network
• Keep everyone informed on briefing, scope, planning, and budget

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in the creative industry as a Producer or similar role
• Experience in campaign ideation and creative strategies
• Strategic foresight with the ability to ensure smooth project outcomes
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive work approach
• Deep understanding of creative and post-production processes for video
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work on irregular schedules
• Passion for video content, marketing, and trends
