Product Analyst II Full Time

Responsibilities

• Support PMs and Product Designers for new/improved features
• Assist HackerRank Community and B2B product teams with data
• Design, execute, and interpret user journeys for product metrics
• Explore large datasets to create actionable insights
• Develop queries, analysis, and visualizations for various needs

Requirements

• 4-5 years as web/e-commerce analyst, data analyst, or product analyst
• 2+ years on feature metrics, A/B testing, conversion, retention, etc.
• Capability to deliver projects end-to-end with minimal guidance
• Expert knowledge of SQL and MS Excel; Python/R familiarity preferred
• Understanding of data modeling and DW table building
• Hands-on data visualization experience with Looker or similar
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
• Detail-oriented with expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Strong product/business acumen and communication skills
