Responsibilities:

• Mine data for insights that inform critical decisions and improve products.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and roll them out across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making.
• Interface directly with affiliates to ensure successful partnerships.
• Support the Operations team to help licensed insurance sales agents maximize their effectiveness.
• Help product and engineering teams prioritize projects and evaluate their success, including A/B tests.

Requirements:

• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Expert SQL knowledge.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis-heavy roles.
• Experience with Looker/LookML or other data visualization tools.
• Fintech, insurtech, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
