AlGooru, Saudi Arabia’s leading licensed private tutoring platform, seeks a Product Design Lead for a full-time, remote role in Cairo or Amman. The position drives the design function to create user-focused, impactful educational solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design function across the product lifecycle.
- Ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
- Maintain consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Improve usability through clear, simple, and functional design.
- Guide and support the design team in daily work and growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong portfolio showing clear problem-solving and design outcomes.
- Skilled in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of design systems, user flows, and accessibility.
- Experience with user research and using data to improve designs.
- Comfortable leading design discussions and making decisions.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.
