Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design at global scale, helping to bring vision to life on innovative products.
- Create new components and styles; maintain Design System and supporting documentation.
- Develop and implement design strategies aligning with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and writers.
- Ensure design solutions meet accessibility standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Shape the culture, engagement, and processes of the User Experience team.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in visual, mobile, Product, or UX Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive and impactful experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
