Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other Product Creation teams to identify relevant problems and develop smart solutions for customers in different countries.
- Work towards developing the next level of the lead generation business in five different countries, including tariff calculators and forms.
- Design simple and enjoyable interfaces for mobile and web, and craft experiences that are rewarding and curated.
- Drive ideas to execution from concept, research, prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation support.
- Communicate ideas, concepts, and customer insights to stakeholders.
- Understand the overall strategic direction of the pillar and the company, making a meaningful contribution via product design work.
- Monitor trends and enhance the design language, working with the design system for components and continuously developing it further.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally with international apps in FinTech/InsurTech, with contributions to shipped projects.
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written (German is a big plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to move fast, fail, and get up again.
- Solid understanding of research and applying insights to enhance designs.
- Well-structured workflow and ability to grasp complex requirements quickly.
- High level of customer empathy and passion to deliver customer value.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects with emphasis on contributions and growing expertise.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and attention to detail.
