Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative conversion funnels tailored to diverse user segments, guiding website visitors toward app adoption.
- Collaborate with and mentor a Senior PM to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify and experiment with new CRO opportunities, driving sign-ups and app downloads through creative, user-focused solutions.
- Lead advanced SEO and product initiatives to maximize visibility, attract high-quality traffic, and engage users effectively.
- Collaborate with localization experts, copywriters, and nutritionists to deliver captivating, value-driven content.
- Use A/B testing and analytics to optimize site design, enhance user experience, and achieve exceptional conversion rates.
- Analyze and present performance insights to stakeholders, aligning priorities with business objectives.
- Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
- Provide interim line management for product designers within the web squad, collaborating closely with product design leadership.
Requirements:
- A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a drive for innovation and ownership of ambitious goals.
- Proven expertise in SEO and content strategy, with experience scaling web platforms to millions of monthly visits.
- Profound knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and crafting high-impact call-to-action strategies.
- Proficiency in leveraging web analytics tools to uncover insights and inform data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
