Product Lead Full Time

Responsibilities

• Drive product portfolio strategy, vision, and roadmaps
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and UX Designer
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
• Gather and define detailed product requirements and use cases
• Oversee end-to-end product development process
• Champion user experience with design and engineering teams
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies and messaging
• Use data and analytics to monitor product performance and KPIs
• Advocate for customers, integrating their feedback into development
• Foster communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Develop and deliver product training programs for internal teams

Requirements

• Success in leading product teams and driving product strategy
• Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making
• Visionary mindset with strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Experience with products handling large amounts of data
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
