Responsibilities

• Author and leverage marketing team to create key strategy documents
• Surface new or unexpressed customer needs for product improvements
• Adhere to organizational protocols for gathering competitive information
• Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve efficiency
• Develop pricing approach consistent with marketing strategy
• Accurately forecast resource needs and establish metrics and goals
• Demonstrate financial acumen and hold self and others accountable
• Mentor, develop, and inspire others, collaborating on cross-functional teams
• Develop key relationships with industry thought leaders and organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years of work experience required
• MBA preferred
• 3+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and be persuasive without authority
• Must understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
