Product Manager – NEC Housing Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Carry out market research to understand landscape.
• Become the expert in your product area.
• Collaborate with customers through workshops.
• Define customer business needs and objectives.
• Build business cases for market uptake and pricing.
• Identify 3rd party requirements and liaise with them.
• Define the roadmap for your product area(s).
• Assist the Pre-Sales/Sales team with proposals.
• Produce and deliver presentations for customers.
• Support product launch activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in UK Social Housing or software provider.
• Experience in asset management and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of project life-cycle and methodologies.
• Experience in defining product enhancements and UI/UX.
• Experience with housing management systems or software.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and understand clients.
• Effective time management and resource allocation.
• Full UK/EC driving license for travel.
• Experience in end-to-end product life cycle management.
• Experience designing digital solutions for housing sector.
• Proficiency in Figma, JIRA.
