Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product initiatives that enhance customer perception, experience, and retention.
- Take full ownership of product work and responsibilities, ensuring every detail is managed.
- Produce and launch product concepts quickly, learning from failures.
- Act as the go-to liaison with cross-functional teams to define and execute roadmaps.
- Provide up-to-date visibility into projects, documenting decisions and action items.
- Uphold the Solace brand and user expectations across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in consumer startups.
- A bias toward action and execution, with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a refined approach to chaos.
- Creativity and intuition for developing delightful, consumer-oriented experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to work across departments and bring marketing visions to life.
