Product Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
• Manage the product backlog.
• Own discovery and delivery phases of product lifecycle.
• Execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate customer discovery calls and gather feedback.
• Analyze feedback and usage data for product improvements.
• Ensure successful product launches.
• Establish KPIs and track product performance.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct customer interviews for product insights.
• Build and maintain Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience, SaaS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Experience with Looker (preferred).
• Knowledge of Kanban and JIRA.
• Leading product squads with Tech and Design leads.
• Ability to turn high-level goals into defined requirements.
• Ownership of software features and decisive decision-making.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
