Product Marketing Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Marketing to establish GTM vision and strategy
• Lead product positioning, messaging, and market trend analysis
• Research and create audience-centric messaging and value propositions
• Oversee major product launches including collateral creation and execution
• Serve as market-facing SME, interface with sales enablement and industry analysts
• Develop sales materials and support pricing and packaging strategies
• Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
• Conduct user research, define buyer personas, and inform internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in product marketing or similar at a B2B, SaaS company
• Experience with sales enablement, martech, and CMS a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth startup environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize insights into simple, compelling narratives
• Experience using customer, competitive, and market intelligence for strategy
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
