Summary:
Element is a secure communications platform serving government and public sector clients, built on the open Matrix protocol. The company seeks a Product Marketing Manager to develop and align product strategy with marketing, product, and engineering functions.
Responsibilities:

Actively bridge Product, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create cohesive product strategies, launches, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.

Own the development of all product-related collateral for various channels, including webpages, product sheets, brochures, presentations, onboarding documents, blog posts, co-producing videos, and organizing webinars.

Lead market analysis programs and translate competitive research into actionable insights and content.

Manage relationships with analyst houses and identify opportunities for engagement and inclusion in reports.

Identify relevant industry events and coordinate Element’s sponsorship and presence.
Requirements:

Ideally a native German speaker based in Germany to support local marketing efforts.

Experience in B2B marketing within a fast-paced or hyper-growth tech company.

Strong in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail.

Interest in technology, open source software, and ideally already involved in the Matrix community.
