Product Owner – Revolution Full Time

Summary:

Confluence, a global technology solutions provider for investment management, seeks a Product Owner – Revolution for a remote, full-time role in the UK, Ireland, or South Africa. The position drives Agile delivery of performance and attribution analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to drive the Agile delivery of Confluence’s top-tier analytics solutions.
• Deliver cutting-edge performance and attribution analytics as a key player in the Agile Scrum team.
• Dive into multi-asset class calculations and analysis.
• Implement sophisticated attribution models.
• Master transaction-based performance metrics.
• Lead macro and factor-based attribution efforts.
• Act as an expert voice on sustainability matters within development teams.

Requirements:

• Highly proficient at analysis and critical thinking, with a ‘get it done’ mentality.
• Relevant performance and attribution analytics background with real-world experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Agile product ownership or performance professional services/analysis role coupled with Agile product owner education.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English to confidently discuss technical matters.
• Hands-on expertise with Confluence Revolution suite or similar products (preferred).
• Another European language (preferred).
• Experience as a ‘Product Manager’ or ‘Product Specialist’ (preferred).
