  • The company is looking for a Product Solutions Consultant to join the sales team, providing technical guidance and driving product implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct persuasive and informative product demos, showcasing value and fit for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions to identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Manage responses to RFPs and security questionnaires, and create detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve technical and functional wins, driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Client Operations and Product teams to relay customer feedback and align solutions with client needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex product functionalities and integrations.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams with technical insights and consultative expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills to address and resolve customer challenges effectively.
  • Experience working with multiple departments, including Client Operations and Product, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing and executing detailed implementation plans with a sense of urgency.
