Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative support to the world’s largest and most sophisticated organizations.
- Deliver responsive customer service using Aha!’s proven frameworks.
- Guide customers from demo to active subscription and assist with procurement, legal, and security processes.
- Share best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps.
- Help customers integrate Aha! software with their existing tools (e.g., development systems).
- Share customer feedback with the internal team.
- Test new product functionality when needed.
- Set an example for newer team members on demos, best practices, and integrations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company.
- Experience with detailed go-to-market processes to achieve product and business goals.
- Ability to learn complex software applications and workflow methodologies.
- Experience writing clear instructions and best practices to answer customer questions.
- Ability to independently resolve challenges.
- A strong preference for working directly with customers rather than defining requirements or guiding development work.
