Responsibilities
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to ticket requests from valued customers
- Develop and grow knowledge of Swoogo’s products and services
- Design creative solutions using the Swoogo platform for unique use cases
- Create and launch ideas to enhance the customer experience
- Build and maintain authentic relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams for timely issue resolution
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
Requirements
- 2-3 years handling high-volume technical SaaS support
- Ability to ensure every customer interaction is human and authentic
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Clear communication of issue resolutions in a friendly manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
