Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain accurate production schedules while coordinating with factory partners.
- Monitor production progress and update timelines based on real-time status and priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Project Managers, factory teams, and internal departments (design, logistics, procurement).
- Conduct quality assurance checks during production phases to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Document and investigate quality issues, providing detailed reports and action recommendations.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, escalating significant challenges to Project Management.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any arising issues.
- This is a remote job opportunity with occasional factory visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with production scheduling and quality control processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Packaging Manufacturing Industry.
- Willing to relocate to Shenzhen, China.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools.
- Experience working with international clients and suppliers.
