• As a Professional Account Manager in Saskatchewan, you will work with Eye Care Practitioners to achieve mutually beneficial goals by presenting innovative Alcon products and solutions to meet the needs of their patients and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Align with customers using a consultative approach to identify the needs of Eye Care Practitioners and their patients.
• Align Alcon products and services to solve for unmet needs.
• Grow sales by shifting customer beliefs and behaviors to prioritize Alcon products.
• Provide product and technical consultation to doctors regarding Alcon products.
• Develop a highly structured territory strategy using marketing strategies and data tools.
• Execute daily calls and maintain a detailed routing schedule for the territory.
• Respond to customer requests within 24 hours and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Use analytical tools to customize approaches for the best Alcon Experience.
• Collaborate on Regional/local conferences and ensure effective customer engagement opportunities.
• Conduct CE opportunities in the territory and manage CE event logistics.
• Contribute to Regional team initiatives to develop region-specific sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent college diploma.
• 1–5 years of sales experience.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Required travel up to 40% within the territory, plus additional travel within North America for events and training.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and networking skills.
• Business acumen with proven analytical ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with computerized sales systems.
• Strong business experience in health sciences, preferably eye care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc, BA, Marketing, or Finance.
• 1–5 years of industry experience (eye care, medical devices, pharma).
