Program Director Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for Milwaukee County seniors
• Establish goals for client services and develop outcome measurement tools
• Collaborate with Waukesha County Program Director to improve processes
• Manage Milwaukee County team and oversee service intake and volunteer match
• Maintain accurate records for all service activities and reports
• Analyze program reports to identify service gaps and recruit volunteers
• Oversee in-home assessments and train volunteer assessors
• Present to funders and attend community group meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience with seniors or program delivery
• High initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing relationships with diverse groups
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and database management
• Proven success in developing and managing $250k+ budgets
