Program Manager, Clinical Research Full Time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multicenter studies under Abridge Research Collaborative (ARC)
• Collaborate on study design, data collection, and maintain clinical research databases
• Respond to special projects or queries related to data
• Design systems and structures for file management
• Track progress on research studies, abstracts, and academic works
• Organize research proposal review processes and meetings
• Facilitate drafting of thought-leadership positions on Ambient AI impact
• Collate data from client sites in Excel
• Assist in defining information and plans for studies
• Design and compile materials for data collection and survey administration
• Meet regularly with ARC co-chairs to review data and progress
• Participate in mandatory meetings to develop knowledge of IRB and regulations

Requirements

• Master or PhD degree in health-related discipline or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of clinical or health services research administration experience
• Familiarity with EHR-based and survey data
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with research and clinical teams
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
