Summary:
- Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Program Manager to support, manage, and oversee the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of delivery for products, projects, integrated solutions, and services.
- Responsible for ensuring optimum project schedule, cost, scope, acquisition plan, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for contract, project, and task order delivery including profitability, revenue growth, and financial performance.
- Direct and manage projects, tasks, personnel, and resources while being the primary liaison among customers, employees, and leadership.
- Manage cost, schedule, performance, and stakeholder expectations, as well as establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules.
- Work closely with internal organizations including engineering, finance, contracts/subcontracts, business development, purchasing, and recruiting.
- Ensure adherence to government regulatory guidance and corporate procedures across multiple programs.
- Act as the primary interface between Government customers and internal corporate resources on contractual and technical matters.
- Conduct formal and informal briefings and program reviews, and oversee quality and delivery of data items, technical/scope compliance, and effectiveness of support.
- Travel globally up to 30%.
Requirements:
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
- US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and contract requirements.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in supervising personnel, managing multiple technical programs including budgetary responsibility, planning, and communicating with government customers.
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized technical experience in the operation, maintenance, engineering, or program management support of Military Communication Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or related discipline, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate plus 6 years of additional experience.
