Responsibilities
- Implement QGenda products into customer infrastructure
- Develop documentation for onboarding new customers
- Manage teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Communicate project status and risks to executives
- Lead process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Mentor project managers and train new team members
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- PMP certification required
- 5+ years managing large, complex projects in IT or Healthcare
- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM software
- Expert in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
