- Seeking a Program Technical Lead to drive the technical direction and successful delivery of complex digital health projects.
- The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the technical aspects of the program to implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for complex digital health programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital health solutions, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and deliverables, managing dependencies and prioritizing tasks.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and drive their adoption within the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, ensuring successful integration and delivery of external solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Provide regular program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure program compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management or similar roles, preferably in the digital health industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams in agile development environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with digital health solutions and familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Experience with vendor management and external solution integration is preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance requirements in the digital health industry is a plus.
