Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Operational Planning & Project Management:
- Lead and manage complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage project scope, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Translate insights into actionable outputs to enhance service line goals.
- Manage technical cyber projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Process Improvement:
- Lead process transformation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Map current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for harmonization.
- Propose best practices to streamline operations and develop innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Provide objective insights and challenge processes with a business change perspective.
- Build effective relationships and offer clear prioritization in line with strategic goals.
- Simplify complex information and provide subject matter expertise in change/project management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Project and Change Management experience within the Cyber industry, preferably Managed Services.
- Six Sigma qualification preferred.
- Proven experience delivering projects with high impact on people and ways of working.
- UK or EMEA-based, with the ability to periodically work from Kroll’s UK offices.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex strategic ideas.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and address barriers to project success.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
